Kim Edwards - Owner, CEO & Direct Mail Coordinator
Kim is responsible for the day-to-day operations at F.A.C. Marketing. In addition to her project management duties, Kim is in charge of helping funeral homes with their direct mail order forms, keeping their mail drops on schedule and managing mail lists for all of our direct mail clients. Kim was employed by F.A.C. Marketing for ten years prior to purchasing the company in late 2011. Kim offers years of experience in management as well as a personal commitment to first-class customer service.
Chris King - Owner, VP - Marketing & Client Development
Chris is back with F.A.C. Marketing after a short hiatus. Chris was instrumental in the early days of F.A.C. Marketing's T.V., Radio and web site development crafting the "Honoring Family Memories" campaign from its inception. Because of the dynamic F.A.C. Marketing enjoyed when Chris was part of the team, he was asked to jump back in when the purchase of F.A.C. Marketing was completed in late 2011.
Chris graduated from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS with a B.A. in Mass Communications & Film Study as well as a photography minor. In addition to his duties with F.A.C. Marketing, Chris owns and operates a professional photography business in Burlington, Iowa. Chris also went back to college in 2008 and pursued one of his other passions, healthcare. He now holds certification with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians as a Paramedic Specialist (NREMT-PS)and works as a Paramedic in Iowa City, Iowa.
Mark Edwards - Owner, VP - Production
Mark has the longest tenure of involvement with F.A.C. Marketing having racked up nearly 20 years as contracted producer of radio and TV commercials. Now he is also a co-owner of the company he helped make a success. Mark owns and operates his own production studio housed in the same office suite as F.A.C. Marketing and, yes, is the husband of co-owner Kim Edwards. His measured approach to media development and his attention to detail allow us a highly effective, award-winning product. Under Mark's supervision, F.A.C. Marketing has been recognized with multiple awards and mentions, including Telly awards for advertising excellence.
